摘　　要：试验研究不溶性硫黄IS-HS-7020在半钢子午线轮胎胎体帘布胶中的应用,并与不溶性硫黄IS-HS-6033进行对比。结果表明,在帘布胶中减量使用IS-HS-7020,胶料硫化特性、分散性和硫化胶物理性能及帘布粘性与加入IS-HS-6033胶料基本相当,成品轮胎的耐久性能和高速性能均超过国家标准要求,可降低配方成本。The application of insoluble sulfur IS-HS-7020 in the carcass ply compound of steel-belted tire was experimentally investigated and compared to insoluble sulfur IS-HS-6033. The results showed that when IS-HS-7020 was used in the carcass ply compound by less weight,the curing behaviour and dispersity of rubber compound, the physical properties and adhesion of vulcanizate were similar to those by using IS-HS-6033, the speed performance and endurance of finished tire exceeded the requirements in the national standards ,and the production cost reduced.
