彩色多普勒超声对小腿肌间静脉丛血栓的诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在诊断小腿肌间静脉丛血栓中的价值。方法57例疑为下肢静脉血栓的患者接受彩色多普勒超声检查,单侧发病者以健侧为对照组。结果通过观察下肢静脉血管管径、血栓回声特征及血流情况,超声诊断37例小腿肌间静脉丛血栓,经临床溶栓后复查得到证实。彩色多普勒超声对早期小腿肌间静脉丛血栓诊断符合率达100%。结论彩色多普勒超声能够及时准确诊断小腿肌间静脉丛血栓。Objective To evalue the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasonography in venous plexus thrombosis of calf muscle.Methods Fifty-seven patients with suspicious venous thrombosis at lower extremities were examined by color doppler ultrasonography,the diameter and blood flow of lower extremity vein and characteristic of the thrombosis were observed.The ultrasonography of unilateral thrombosis were compared with healthy legs＇s.Results Thirty-seven patients were diagnosed as venous plexus thrombosis of calf muscle by ultrasonography and were confirmed by second ultrasonal examination after clinical thrombolysis,which showed that the coincident ratio of diagnosis between ultrasound and pathology was 100%.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasonography can diagnose venous plexus thrombosis of calf muscle promptly and accurately.
