摘  要:以等质量的磷酸氢钙(DCPA)和部分结晶磷酸钙(PCCP)组成的磷酸钙骨水泥粉体作为研究对象,采用单因素实验,研究了DCPA和PCCP粒度变化对骨水泥流变性和可注射性的影响。结果表明:随着DCPA粒径的减小,骨水泥浆体的粘度和屈服应力有所增大,但对可注射性影响较小。而PCCP的粒度变化对骨水泥的流变性能和可注射性影响较大。随着PCCP粒径的减小,骨水泥浆体的粘度和屈服应力明显提高,可注射性则明显降低。综合考虑骨水泥的可注射性、抗压强度和凝结时间的变化,在0.5的液固比下,当DCPA平均粒径为2μm左右和PCCP平均粒径为23μm左右时所配成的磷酸钙骨水泥的性能最好。A calcium phosphate cement (CPC) powder was prepared by mixing dicalcium phosphate anhydrous (DCPA) and the partially crystallized calcium phosphate (PCCP) at a mass ratio of 1∶1 in this work. The effects of the particle size of PCCP and DCPA on the rheological properties and injectability of the bone cement were studied. The results show at the liquid to powder ratio of 0.5, with the decrease of the particle size of DCPA the viscosity and yield stress of the bone cement paste increases slightly, and the injectability does not chang much; however, the particle size of PCCP affects them significantly. As the particle size of PCCP decreases, the viscosity and yield stress of the bone cement paste increases markedly, and at the same time the injectability of the bone cement paste decreases. Considering the effects of the particle size on the injectability, setting time, and compressive strength as a whole, the calcium phosphate cement prepared by mixing DCPA with median particle size of about 2μm and PCCP with median particle size of about 23μm exhibits the best performances.
