摘  要:在自行设计制作的管式反应器中,采用化学沉积包覆的方法在球形氢氧化镍表面包覆了一层Co(OH)2膜,通过实验发现,pH值和络合剂的浓度对包覆反应有很重要的影响。表面覆钴量不同,其表面形貌、电化学循环稳定性和大电流充放电性能也有很大差异。本文利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和恒流充放电技术测试了其相结构、表面微观形貌和循环寿命等方法,确定了合适的氢氧化镍表面覆钴量。Spherical nickel hydroxide was coated with a layer of cobalt hydroxide by chemical precipitation method in a specially designed tubular reactor. It was found that pH value and concentration of complexing agent have an important influence on the coating reaction, the result show that nickel hydroxide was coated by several amounts of cobalt ,some differences exist in surface morphology, electrochemical cycle stability and large current charging/discharging performance.The properties such as crystalline phase structure,surface morphology and cycle life were tested by X-ray diffractrometry, scanning electron microscopy and constant-current charge/discharge test in this study. So suitable amount of cobalt coating was determined .
