摘 要:以无定形B粉和Al粉为原料,采用粉末冶金法制备AlB12粉末。采用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分别测定产物相组成及相对含量、显微形貌,研究了埋粉对产物相组成的影响,并确定了合成过程的最佳工艺参数。结果表明:埋粉Al含量决定着产物中的杂质种类,埋粉Al含量为30%(质量含量,下同),产物中有单质Al存在;埋粉Al含量为10%,杂质主要为Al2O3;埋粉Al含量为20%时,杂质含量最少,主要为氧镁铝相。合成最佳工艺参数为:合成温度1400℃,恒温时间60min,17.2%的配比Al含量,埋粉Al含量为20%。AlB12 powders were prepared by powder metallurgy using amorphous boron powder and aluminum powder as raw materials. The influence of bedding powder on phase composition and microstructure was studied by X-ray diffraction and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM), and the optimum parameters were obtained. The results showed that the impurities in reaction products were decided by the content of Al in bedding powder. Al was found in reaction products when Al content in bedding powder reached 30%. The main impurity of reaction products were Al2O3 when Al content in bedding powder was 10%. Main impurity phase was MgAl2O4 in reaction products when Al content in bedding powder was 20%. The synthetic process was optimized as follows: synthetic temperature 1400℃, holding time 60min, matching Al content 17.2%, Al content in bedding powder 20%.
