摘 要:研究了苜蓿和胡萝卜中的类胡萝卜素以及化学合成的B-胡萝卜素(Beta-Carotene,以下简称BC)在鸡体组织的沉积。试验分A、B、C、D四组,A为对照组,B、C、D在基础日粮中分别添加苜蓿汁、胡萝卜汁和1%水溶性BC(粉状),使各处理组日粮中胡萝卜素的添加量均为10mg/kg。结果发现:各处理组肝脏和血清中类胡萝卜素的含量均高于对照组,但差异不显著;处理组脂肪组织类胡萝卜素的含量显著或极显著地高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。这表明鸡吸收并在脂肪组织中沉积日粮中的类胡萝卜素;不同来源的类胡萝卜素在鸡体组织的沉积存在差异,以苜蓿中类胡萝卜素沉积为最高。同天然来源的色素(胡萝卜汁)相比,合成色素(水溶性BC)更容易被鸡吸收并在鸡体内沉积。An experiment was conducted to study the accumulation of carotenoids in chicken tissues.In the trial,120 one-day-old ISA layers were divided randomly into 4 groups.A is control group fed by basal diet;B,C and D are treatment groups fed with basal diet suplemented with alfla juice,carrot juice and 1% water-dispersal Beta-carotene(i.e.BC)respectively.The experiment showed:in livers and serum,carotenoids content of each treatment group was higher than that of control group,but the difference was not significant;while in fat tissues,that of each treatment group was significantly or extremely significantly igher than that of control group;among treatment groups,the content in fat tissues was significantly different This suggests ditery carotenoids were uptaken and accumulated mainly in fat tissue;carotenoids from alfla other than caeeot was easily absorbed and accumulated by chicken;synthetic pigmnt was absorbed and accumulated more easily than natural one
