摘  要:羟基磷灰石(HA)单独作为生物陶瓷材料存在着强度和韧性的缺陷,加入二氧化锆就是为了在不影响其生物活性的前提下达到增强增韧的目的。本文首先制备出ZrO2.nH2O沉淀,在控制pH值前提下分步加入Ca2+及PO43-溶液,从而使新生成的沉淀在胶粒ZrO2.nH2O表面沉积,制备出具有包覆结构的水热前驱物。固定水热条件,对不同包覆量的包覆胶粒进行水热处理,研究包覆量对物相结构、晶化程度、形貌等的影响,并对水热产物进行600℃或1000℃热处理。结果表明,包覆结构的确存在,在设定的水热条件下两物质相互制约无法结晶,最后得到的是无定型粒子。同时在整个过程中,HA与ZrO2之间并没有发生预期的反应。Hydroxyapatite(HA)'s deficiency , as the bioceramic material, is not enough intensity and toughness. It's recently been reported that partially stabilized zirconia can be used as a reinforcement phase in zirconia-hydroxyapatite composites. First, the deposit of ZrO2·nH2O was synthesis, and then the Ca^2+ and PO4^3- solution were added step by step under controlled pH value. After stewing for a few hours, the precipitation was put in an autoclave and was heated to a certain temperature and for a certain time. Part of the hydrothermal product was treated by calcinations at 600℃ or 1000℃. The samples were analysed by XRD, TEM. The result showed that HA compound zirconia tightly, however, it was amorphous substance after hydrothermal treatment at the fixed condition;and the reactions between HA and ZrO2 were not observed at the process as expectation.
