喹乙醇对鸡种蛋孵化率的影响

摘　　要：为探讨喹乙醇对鸡种蛋孵化率的影响，把１９２只体重、年龄相同的产蛋种鸡随机分成四组，每组３个重复。１、２、３、４组分别按每ｋｇ体重每天喂给２０，３０，４０，０ｍｇ喹乙醇，连续３ｄ。从停药即日起收集５ｄ的种蛋进行孵化。试验结果表明，各组的种蛋受精率，孵化前期死胚率差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）。孵化后期死胚率，毛蛋率和受精蛋孵化率三项指标１组与４组相比差异不显著，其它组间相比差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）和差异极显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），且随喹乙醇剂量的提高，致害作用明显加剧。In the experiment,the dosages of 20,30,40 and 0 mg Olaquindox/kg body weight.Day were respectively given to group 1,2,3 and 4,The results showed:there were no significant differences about the fertility of eggs and embryo mortality within 10 days of incubation among the aroups.About the embryo mortality during hatching time,and hatchabitity,there were no significant(P>0.05)differences between group 1 and 4,however among the others there were significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01) differences.The greater the difference,the bigger the dosage of Olaquindox
