摘 要:景洪水电站主厂房右侧紧邻右冲沙底孔,右冲沙底孔作为二期纵向围堰的组成部分,在主厂房开挖前已经形成。厂房建基面低于右冲沙底孔建基面,在D0+80~D0+130段形成了深达25 m的临时高陡边坡。该部位地质条件较差,如发生20年一遇洪水,右冲沙底孔将可能承受55 m高水头的侧压力,故右冲沙底孔在右侧厂房边坡开挖工程中的稳定问题非常突出。施工过程中,通过采取右冲沙底孔增强加固、右侧厂房边坡控制爆破开挖和加强安全监测等措施,有效地保证了右冲沙底孔的安全稳定。The right side-slop of the main powerhouse of Jinghong Hydropower Station stands close to the right scouring bottom hole, which is a part of the second stage cofferdam and comes into being before the excavation of main powerhouse. The foundation construction surface of powerhouse is lower than that of the right scouring bottom hole. At the same time, it formed a temporary steep side-slope which is 25 meters at the section of D0+80-D0+130. Because this position has poor geological conditions, the right scouring bottom hole could undertake side pressure of 55m high head if an accidental flood occurrence per 20 years attack so that its stability is very outstanding. During the excavation, the safety and stability of the right scouring bottom hole is ensured effectively by reinforcing the right scouring bottom hole.
