摘 要:目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与发生动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法选择2型糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)286例,健康体检者(正常对照)组165例,检测其血清hsCRP、总胆固醇(TCHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)。结果糖尿病组与正常对照组hsCRP、TCHO、TG、HDL-C、ApoA1、ApoB、LDL-C比较均有显著性差异。ApoA1与HDL-C呈正线性相关,相关系数r=0.804(P﹤0.05),直线回归方程为ApoA1=53.921+60.686HDL-C;ApoB与LDL-C呈正线性相关,相关系数r=0.860(P﹤0.05),直线回归方程为ApoB=13.160+26.058LDL-C;hsCRP与ApoB、ApoA1、LDL-C之间有直线关系,负相关系数0.343,多元线性方程为hsCRP=0.648-0.008ApoA1+0.029ApoB-0.374LDL-C。结论hs-CRP与2型糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化的发生存在相关性。Objective To explore the relations between serum level of hs-CRP and atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Serum hs-CRP and the levels of TCHO,TG,HDL-C,ApoA1 ,ApoB,LDL-C in were assessed 165 normal controls and 286 patients with type 2 diabetes. Results There were significant differences on TCHO,TG,HDL-C,ApoA1, ApoB,LDL-C between type 2 diabetes and normal controls. ApoA1 and HDL-C were remarkably positively related and related coefficient was 0.804(P 〈 0.001). Linear regression equation was ApoA1 =53.921+ 60.686 HDL-C ;ApoB and LDL-C were remarkably positively related and related coefficient was 0.860 (P 〈 0.001). Linear regression equation was ApoB=13.160+26.058 LDL-C. There were relations between hs-CRP and ApoB,ApoA1 ,LDL-C, related coefficient was 0.343. Linear regression equation was hsCRP=0.648-0.008 ApoA1 +0.029 ApoB -0.374 LDL-C. Conclusions There are relations between hs-CRP and atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
