摘　　要：试验采用５个批次的Ｒ１—２３口服弱毒活疫苗分别对５组合不同日龄健康鸡进行两次饮水免疫，间隔时间为２ｄ，两次免疫的剂量均是２．５×１０９／只个活菌。各免疫组免疫后每月随机取一定数量的免疫鸡与同批对照鸡一起用Ｃ４８—１强毒滴鼻攻击，攻击剂量为每只４×１０７／０．２ｍＬ个活菌。测试结果表明：５个批次活疫苗所测得６个月免疫期的平均保护率为７６．７０％（４６／６０）。由此可见，Ｒ１—２３口服弱毒活疫苗具有较明显的延长免疫期的优势。Chickens to be used in the duration trials were separated 5 groups and were administered an avirulent Pasteurella multocida R1-23 strain by drinking water.The oral vaccine should be given twice an interval 2 days between the two Vaccinations and an optimum dosage of inocution Contained 2.5×109 organisms every once.The chickens of Vaccinated and non vaccinated groups were Challenged with the homologous virulent C48-1 strain by dropping nose at every month.The dosage challenged contained 4×107/0.2 ml organisms each chicken.Under the conditions of the 5 experiments conducted,the obtain immun;ty is mained for 6 monthes and protective rate was 76.70%(46/60).The results Showed that the oral vaccine prepared with R1-23 strain was effective.
