摘  要:对5种粗饲料,8个时间点黏附于饲料颗粒上的瘤胃微生物的羧甲基纤维素酶活的动态变化进行研究。用4只羊,分7批进行尼龙袋试验,与早晨饲喂后2h一次性投入瘤胃腹囊处,时间点取0,6,12,24,36,48,60,72h8个点。结果:对于不同饲料的瘤胃微生物(PAM)羧甲基纤维素酶活来讲,随着时间的推移,羧甲基纤维素酶活均有一个峰值出现,只是出现时间的先后顺序不一,峰值大小不一。试验中峰值出现的先后顺序为:苜蓿、披碱草、玉米秸、麦秸和谷秸(最后两者相等),时间分别为24,36,48和60h。峰值大小顺序为麦秸、玉米秸、谷秸、苜蓿、披碱草。不同饲料的平均羧甲基纤维素酶活差异显著(P<0.05),由高到低的顺序为麦秸、玉米秸、披碱草、谷秸、苜蓿。试验表明不同粗饲料对PAM羧甲基纤维素酶活有显著影响。The current experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of five forage species at eight incubation periods on particle - associated carboxymethylcellulase ( CMC ) activities of rumen microbial. Four ruminally cannulated sheep were used to do nylon bags incubations for seven times in two hours after feeding. Residues in bags incubated for 0, 6, 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, 72 hours. The results indicated that with time going, CMCase activities had the peak value in each forage, but incubation periods and quantity of the value were different. The sequence of time for having highest CMCase activities from high to low was alfalfa hay, Dahurian wildrye, corn stovers, wheat straws and broomcorn stalks. The order of CMCase activities from high to low was wheat straw, corn stovers, broomcorn stalks, alfalfa hay and Dahurian wildrye. In addition, the average CMCase activities showed significantly differences in different forages, and the order from high to low was wheat straw, corn stovers, Dahurian wildrye, broomcorn stalks and alfalfa hay. It suggested that different forages affected CMCase activities significantly.
