摘  要:自行设计FSHβ上下游引物和插入序列引物,检测FSHβ插入突变在80头苏淮母猪中的分布情况。结果表明:在苏淮猪群体中没有AA型分布,B等位基因的频率为0.806;经与繁殖性状的相关性分析,AB型母猪的总产仔数为(12.13±2.01)头,高于BB型母猪的(11.00±2.11)头,差异显著(P<0.05);AB型母猪的产活仔数为(10.94±2.39)头,显著高于BB型母猪的(9.78±2.37)头(P<0.05);对产死胎数、断奶头数以及仔猪早期生长性状影响不显著。提示可将FSHβ基因作为繁殖性状的候选基因用于提高苏淮猪的产仔性能。Primers of sense/anti-sense and insertion element for FSHβ were self-designed, and the distributions of insert mutation of FSHβ in 80 Suhuai pigs were detected. The results indicated that there was no AA distribution and the B allele frequency was 0. 086. In addition, the total litter sizes of AB type sows were 12. 13 ±2. 01, significantly more than 11.00±2. 11 of BB type sows (P 〈0. 05) ; the live litter sizes of AB type sows were 10. 94 ± 2. 39, signifieantly more than 9. 78 ± 2. 37 of BB type sows (P 〈 0. 05 ). There were no significant differences in stillbirth, litter size at weaning and early growth of piglets. Therefore, FSHβ gene eould be a good candidate gene of reproductive performanee to improve farrowing performance in Suhai pigs.
