摘  要:[目的]了解人员入驻坑道后空气微生物污染状况,采取有效消毒措施,保障入驻人员健康。[方法]①人员入驻坑道d1~5每日观察坑道空气细菌总数及真菌数。入驻d5人员离开房间,用二氧化氯(ClO2)进行空气消毒,观察消毒效果。ClO2完全降解后人员返回房间,停留24h后调查在消毒后房间有无刺激症状及不良反应。②分别对5条坑道及1个人防工事,用同样方法进行ClO2空气消毒,待降解完全后人员进入消毒后房间,停留2~3h后观察有无刺激症状及不良反应。[结果]①人员入驻坑道后,空气细菌总数及真菌数逐日增高,空气微生物污染加重。②ClO2空气消毒细菌总数及真菌数消亡率,撞击法为93.78%及92.61%,沉降法为94.38%及91.88%。③ClO2降解完全后,停留不同时间,经调查除少部分人有极轻微异味感觉外,其他均无刺激症状及不良反应。[结论]人员入驻坑道后空气微生物污染明显增加,ClO2适合坑道空气消毒,消毒效果满意,对健康无不良影响。[Objective] To understand the microbial air pollution status after personnel enter the tunnel, and take effec-tive measures to protect the health of personnel assigned. [Methods ] Observed total bacteria and fungi in air from the first day to the frith dav after personnel entered the tunnel. On the fifth day personnel left room, used ClO2 for air sterilization and ob- served the effects. Personnel returned room after the degradation of ClO2 completed, 24 hours later investigated whether had any irritant symptoms and adverse reactions. Air sterilization was respectively carried out in five trenches and a personal fortification by the same method with ClO2. After full degradation, personnel entered the room disinfected and stayed 2-3 hours, then they were observed whether had any irritant symptoms and adverse reactions. [Results]① After personnel entered the tunnel, the total bacteria and fungi multiplied day by day. The pollution of airborne microbes increased.②After sterilizing with ClO2, bacterial sterilization rate and flmgal extinction rate were 93.78% and 92.61% by impact act, 94.38% and 91.88% by setdements act. ③After the degradation of ClO2, we investigated only a small portion of people felt a slight odor slaying in with different time, the others had no irritant symptoms and adverse reactions. [Conclusion] After personnel enter the tunnel, microbial air pollution increases evidently. We find ClO2 is suitable for air sterilization very. much and we are satisfied with the sterilization resuits, which have no adverse effects to health.
