摘　　要：[目的]了解医院护理失误情况,为采取防范措施提供依据。[方法]用统一设计的调查表对医院护理失误情况进行调查。[结果]5所医院2年间共发生护理失误79起。[结论]护理人员在医院这一特定的消费场所工作,难免因各种原因导致护理失误的发生。作为医院管理者在差错发生后如何对护理差错归因,如何实施科学的管理措施以减轻护理人员的心理负荷,如何采取及时有效的管理对策是提高护理质量、减少及防范护理失误发生的一项重要工作。[Objoctive] To learn the factors of nursing fault in the hospital and provide the basis for preventive measures.[Mothods] Surveyed the conditions of nursing fault by using the unified questionnaire. [Results] There were 79 nursing faults in 5 hospitals during two years. [ Conclusion] It is hard for nursing personnel to avoid occurrence of nursing fault working at the hospital, which is a special consumption place. It is important for hospital administrators how to attribute to specified causes for nursing errors, how to carry out scientific management measures to ease the personnel＇s mental burden, and how to take timely and effective management game to improve nursing quantity and reduce or guard against the occurrence of nursing error.
