山东省大豆孢囊线虫生理小种的鉴定

摘　　要：1987～1993年对山东省所有14个地市有代表性县区及邻省部分县市的大豆孢囊线虫病上标样，进行了病原生理小种的鉴定。结果表明，山东省存在1、2、4号生理小种，并初步确定了1号生理小种分布于济南以南、以东各地市；2号生理小种分布于鲁东北的德州、聊城；4号生理小种分布山东菏泽、东营等地市。来源于不同地区的病原虽属同一生理小种，但其侵染力有明显差异。Twenty-seven field populations of soybean cyst nernatode (Heterodra glyines Inhinohe) from seventeen counties in Shandong and other province were tested according to Golden et al. (1970). of 24 populations from Shandong, 14, 4 and 6 populations were classified as race 1, 2 and 4 respectively. The populations from Zhengzhou, Taiyuan and Xuzhou were classified as race 4, 4 and 1 respectively. Race 4 were prevalence in the Huanghe and Huaihe valley soybean-producting area. The differences of reproduction ability of cyst nernatode populations for same race from various areas on the five differentials indicated that it was necessary to develop a further race differential system for a detialed and effective identification of races.
