摘　　要：分析了出口电器产品装配有贵重玻璃器件的特点,针对长途运输中震动与冲击,防止器件破损,设计了具有防震功能的木结构包装箱,并提供了制造技术条件。使用表明产品与包装箱均无损伤。Most of the export electrical appliances are well fixed with valuable glass components. The long-distance transportation often brings shaking and pounding, which can damage the electrical appliances. To solve this problem, the paper introduced a design of wooden packaging box with specific function of shockproof, as well as the technology of manufacturing. It was proved that this design can avoid damages to the products and the wooden packaging box in service.
