无磷洗衣粉袋包装材料生产工艺及其性能分析

摘　　要：结合生产实际,论述研制的洗衣粉用BOPP/PE包材生产工艺流程与主要工艺环节,提出产品包装的关键质量控制指标与解决措施;测定分析包装材料、包装袋的主要机械性能,结果表明研发的包装材料相关性能指标满足产品包装要求,为洗衣粉新型包装材料的生产提供指导。The production process flow and main process links of package material of BOPP/PE for non-phosphorus washing powder were analyzed combining with the production practice. The key quality control index and solving measures were proposed. The mechanical performances of the package material and pouch were determined. The results showed that the performance index of developed material can satisfy the packaging demands.
