摘  要:中国包装设计艺术要走出一条自己的路子,必须是建立在中国传统文化的基础之上。只有这样,包装艺术作品才会有深远的艺术渊源,才会有自己的"根"。现代包装设计正是一门以文化为本位,以生活为基础,以现代为导向的设计学科,我们无论是在理论上,还是在实践中,都应把包装设计作为一种文化形态来观照,其中的"中国语言"是现代设计师们所必须探究的。If China packaging design art wants to open up a new way suitable for itself, it must lay its foundation on traditional Chinese culture. The real "Chinese style" packaging design should attempt to find something that is rooted in our nation's locality on the one hand and meaningful to the whole contemporary design language on the other hand. Modern packaging design is a design science with culture as main body, life as foundation, and modernization as guidance. Packaging design must be considered as a cultural form both theoretically and practically, and the Chinese language must be explored.
