摘　　要：文中对传统的烧碱氧漂工艺和采用非烧碱快速氧漂剂Stabiron BLG的氧漂工艺进行对比,分析了氧漂工艺中烧碱的副作用和对产品质量的影响,以及使用快速氧漂剂Stabiron BLG对氧漂的pH值控制、温度及氧漂速度控制、漂白质量方面的影响。结果表明,快速氧漂工艺实现了简、短、省,其氧漂效果达到匀、透、净。This paper compares the traditional oxygen bleaching technology using the sodiumhydroxide and the fast oxygen bleaching technology using the non-sodiumhydroxide oxygen bleaching agent (Stabiron BLG), and analyzes the side effects of the sodiumhydroxide and its influence on the product quality. For the fast oxygen bleaching technology using Stabiron BLG, this paper presents the control of pH value, temperature and bleaching speed, and the factors influencing the bleaching quality. The research results show that the fast oxygen bleaching technology is a simplified, process-shortened and economical technology, which bears the bleaching effect of evenness, brightness and cleanness.
