摘  要:本文是在小水体、自动控温的条件下,研究不同水温方斑东风螺(最areolata)的生长、摄食和存活。2种不同时间的对比试验,分别为约1个月和3个月,不同时间的试验结果相近。在22—32℃的水温范围,水温22℃和32℃方斑东风螺的生长速度略有降低。但在此范围内,不同水温方斑东风螺的生长差异不明显。根据试验结果和养殖生产的实际情况,可以认为,方斑东风螺人工养殖适宜水温22℃~28℃,最适水温24℃~28℃。另外,方斑东风螺耐受的高温是34℃,35.5℃出现死亡。能耐受7—8℃的低温。This paper reported that the growth, feeding and survival of Babylonia areolata under the different temperature automatic control in small water volume conditions. The experimental results of the comparative test of two sorts of time is about 1 and 3 months, were similar. The growth of B. areo/ata slightly lower when the water temperature is 22~C and 32~C , but this growth rate was not significantly difference under the different temperature in 22℃~ 32℃ temperature range. According to the results and the actual situation of aquacultural production, it can be thought that the appropriate water temperature of B. areoi.ata arficial breeding should be 22℃~ 28℃, the optimal water temperature of it is 24℃~ 28℃. In addition, the high and the low temperature which B. areo/ata can be endured was 34℃ and 7 ~ 8℃. When The temperature rose to 35.5℃ it died.
