Changes in Substance Metabolism between B.campestris ssp.Chinensis var.purpurea Hort CMS Lines and their Maintainer Line at Different Development Stages

摘  要:为探明萝卜细胞质雄性不育系的败育机理,采用同核异质两种紫菜薹细胞质雄性不育系和保持系进行物质代谢的研究,结果表明:不育系在花蕾发育过程中未发生物质亏损,相反还原糖、可溶性糖、淀粉含量、淀粉酶活性高于保持系,可见物质代谢与紫菜薹萝卜胞质雄性不育系的雄蕊败育的关系并不密切,物质代谢只是雄蕊发育过程中伴随发生的一些生化反应。Ogura萝卜胞质不育系和改良不育系物质代谢存在一定差别,苗期Ogura萝卜不育系的可溶性糖含量显著高于改良不育系和保持系,分别比改良不育系高49%。比保持系高28%,有可能是它生长势旺盛的原因。In order to know anther abortion mechanism of B.campestris ssp.Chinensis Var. purpurea Hort CMS, the comparison of substance metabolism between male sterile lines and maintainer lines were studied. The results showed that the substance metabolism in flower organs of male sterile lines had no substance deficit. Contents of soluble sugar, reducing sugar, starch and activity of amylase in male sterile lines were higher than those of maintainer lines. The substance metabolism in flower organs of male sterile lines was seldom associated with anther abortion and only was accompanied with some metabolism reflection. The substance metabolism between Ogura CMS lines and improved CMS lines had obvious difference in rosette. Contents of soluble sugar in Ogura CMS lines of rosette were higher than those in improved CMS lines and maintainer lines of B.campestris ssp.Chinensis Var. purpurea Hort.
