摘　　要：【目的】探讨超声检查在急诊腹部损伤诊断及随访中的应用与价值。【方法】398例腹部损伤患者行急诊超声检查,部分患者动态随访观察,手术病例将超声结果与手术结果相对照,非手术病例将超声结果与CT及化验检查结果相比较,并结合临床疗效及疾病转归综合分析。【结果】398例中,超声确诊的脏器损伤病例333例,诊断符合率83.67%。【结论】超声检查简便、迅速、准确率高,应作为腹部损伤时重要的首选检查方法之一。[Objective] To explore the value of Ultrasonography in the diagnosis and follow up of abdominal visceral trauma. [Methods] A total of 398 patients suspected as abdominal visceral trauma were underwent ultrasonography , some patients were observed dynamically. A comparison was made between the ultrasonic diagnosis and diagnosed by operation or CT and other checkup results, at the same time a syntheticl analysis combined with clinical status was made. IResuits] Among the 398 cases, 333 cases were diagnosed by uhrasonography correctly, the coincidence rate was 83.67%. [Conclusions] Uhrasonography should be preferred in abdominal trauma for its high efficiency and accuracy.
