摘　　要：经过对宁洱地震的研究,介绍了砖混结构和框架结构的破坏现象和破坏特征,并分别对两类房屋的震害进行了分析,找出原因,最后给出一些建议,以提高这两类结构房屋的抗震能力。Based on analysis of Ning＇ er earthquake, this earthquake presents phenomenon and characteristics of damage of rnasomy and frame structure, furthermore. Analyses seismic damage of two types housing respectively and find out their damage cause. This paper gives suggestions about disaster prevention in the end. So as to improve shock resistance of the two kinds buildings.
