摘　　要：对"城市触媒"理论进行了研究,探讨了在城市历史街区复兴中发挥"城市触媒"策略积极作用的可能性、原则、作用特征和应用角度,分析了德国的哈克庭院在施潘道地区复兴中的作用,以更好地发挥"城市触媒"的作用。Based on researches into the theory of “urban catalyst”, this essay concentrates in the positive effects of .“urban catalysts” in the process of revitalizing historic urban quarters, analyzing on the possibility, principles and characteristics of how the urban catalysts take action. It analyzes the importance of Hake courtyard from Germa in the revival of construction slope area, so as to more effectively utilize the function of city medium.
