摘　　要：理论的创新不可能凭空产生,它既需要一定的实践基础,也离不开思想成果的传承。从发展到科学发展,经过了一个历史演变过程。概述了毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛四代领导人关于发展和科学发展的重要观点,清晰地梳理了其一脉相承的关系,并解读了十七大对科学发展观的最新论述,反映了中国共产党在实践基础上的理论创新。The theory innovation is impossible to produce without any base, it need not only the certain practice foundation but also the inheritance of the thought achievement. From development to scientific development, it passes through a historical variation process, of which it outlines the important viewpoint on development and the scientific development of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jingtao, the four generation of leaders, combs the relations which it inherits clearly, outlines the newest scientific outlook on development at the Seventeenth Congress, and reflects the theory innovation on the basis of practice.
