摘 要:目的探讨员工援助计划(EAP)在医疗卫生行业应用的效果。方法为自愿接受EAP服务的医务人员提供EAP服务,并采用测量工具(自编一般状况调查问卷、洛克工作满意度调查表和简明健康状况调查问卷)对干预对象做EAP实施前后的调查。结果医务人员的主要压力来自于工作(占63.7%),最希望解决的问题也主要是工作压力(72.7%)。采取积极应对方式和消极应对方式的医务人员,其行医态度间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施EAP后,医务人员SF-36生活量表中的各生命质量维度得分与实施前比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实施EAP后医务人员的JSS各维度中,除工作性质和上司两个维度外,其余各维度评分与实施前比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论EAP可以改善医务人员的身心健康状况,有助于员工的压力管理和提高员工的工作满意度及工作效率。Objective To explore the effect of the employee assistant program (EAP) in health sector. Methods EAP services were given for the staff who accept the EAP services Voluntarily. The medical staff was investigated by the measurement tools before and after the intervention. The results were processed by comparative analysis. Results The major stress of the medical staff was from work ( accounting for 63, 7 % ), and the problem that was most hopefully resolved was also work stress ( accounting for 72. 7 % ), There was significant difference in medical attitude among the staff who used different means to deal the stress ( P 〈 0, 05 ). After EAP intervention, all scores of life quality dimension of SF - 32 scale showed significant differences as compared with before EAO ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; all scores, except for two dimensions of working nature and supervisor, of job satisfaction survey (JSS) showed significant differences as compared with before EAO ( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion EAP can improve the physical and mental health of the staff. It is helpful to manage stresses of the staff and increase the job satisfaction and efficiency of the staff.
