摘 要:通过对抗高温处理剂的优选及对处理剂间协同作用的考察,研制了一种抗高温水基钻井液体系。室内评价了该钻井液体系的高温稳定性、抗盐污染性、抑制性、润滑性、油层保护性和高温高压滤失性能等,结果表明,该体系具有很高的热稳定性(抗温可达250~260℃),优良的抑制防塌能力、抗污染能力和润滑性能,岩心的渗透率恢复值平均为83.11%。在民深1井、车66区块的现场应用中,该抗高温钻井液的性能稳定,未发生井壁垮塌现象,电测一次成功,施工顺利,应用效果显著。An anti - high temperature/anti - sloughing water based drilling fluid system was developed by optimizing anti - high temperature additives and examining synergistic actions of the additives. The performances of the system were evaluated in lab. The system showed high thermal stability(resistant to 250- 260 ℃ ),good anti - slough- ing effect, good lubrification, and strong salt contami 83.11% averagely. A good effectiveness of anti - high t shen 1 Well and Che 66 Block. No borehole sloughing nation resistibility. Core permeability recovery value was emperature was observed when the system was used in Min- phenomenon occurred during field application.
