摘　　要：为了抓好信息系统的运行管理,使之适应电网生产业务的需要,充分体现信息化价值,广西电网公司以ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library)的方法论为指导,借鉴电网生产运行管理经验,提出信息系统运行生产化的管理思路并付诸实践,取得了良好的效益,为信息系统运行管理开创了新的模式。文章具体阐述了信息系统运行生产化实现的管理手段、技术手段、运行平台及实践成果,并提出下一步继续深化的设想。In order to improve the operation management ot m/ormation system to meet me production requirement of power network and realize the value of informationization. Guangxi Power Grid Corporation proposed a productive management thought for the operation management of information system under the guidance of ITIL （Information Technology Infrastructure Library） methodology and the experience of production management of power network. The thought was put it into practice and have been obtained good benefits, thus a new mode is created for the operation management of information system. The management means, technical means and the platform that realize the productive operation management of information system and the practice results are described, and assumptions for next step＇s construction are also proposed.
