摘 要:分析了大规模互联电网运行和控制对培养电网调度员全局观和协同能力的需求,以及运用多级调度员培训仿真系统DTS(Dispatche Training Simulator System),实现联合反事故演习的重要性。介绍了广西电网近年来联合反事故演习的概况及实施过程。认为由于目前使用的DTS系统不具备联网功能,存在电网仿真数据无法共享、DTS与各厂(站)间信息无法交换等诟病,建议新一代的DTS系统应采用集中建模、统一仿真、分散操作的模式,并就广西电网的实际,提出分两个阶段来建设。Requirement of dispatchers' global view and cooperation ability training for the operation and control of large scale interconnect power system, and the importance of Joint anti-accident exercise realized by multi-level Dispatcher Training System (DTS) are both analyzed. The overview and implementation process of joint anti-accident exercise of Guangxi Power Grid in recent years are introduced, and the problem of the DTS currently used, that it has not the function of interconnection, and can not share simulation data of power network and exchange information with power plants and substations is also point out. Furthermore, suggestions for the mode of new generation of DTS such as centralized model, unified simulation, decentralized operation, and a two stage construction scheme according to the actual situation of Guangxi power grid are proposed.
