摘  要:用新城疫病毒(NDV)LaSota株弱毒活疫苗接种1日龄非免疫健康肉雏鸡的同时,以新鱼腥草素钠为免疫佐剂按不同剂量颈部皮下注射,以生理盐水为对照;二次免疫后第7、14、21、28天分别测定各组动物的抗NDV血凝抑制抗体和外周血CD4+/CD8+淋巴细胞比值。结果表明:新鱼腥草素钠对提高鸡体抗NDV血凝抑制抗体效价和外周血CD4+/CD8+淋巴细胞比值都有一定作用,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),且这种作用与给药剂量有关。另外,新鱼腥草素钠对细胞免疫的影响早于对体液免疫。Ninety-six healthy fourteen-day-old Sanhuang chicks were assigned to four groups. Following all the animals were vaccinated with the LaSota live vaccine against Newcastle disease virus (NDV), three different doses (4, 2, 1 mg·kg^-1) of sodium new houtluyfonate (SNH) were hypodermic injected in the first three groups respectively to evaluate the adjuvant effects of SNH on the vaccine, while the 4th group was only injected with normal saline water as control. On the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th day after the final treatment, the antibody specific to NDV and the ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+ peripheral lymphocyte were determined, and the data show that SNH could induce a better antibody response to NDV and improve the ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+ peripheral lymphocyte. In addition, the effect of different levels of SNH were dissimilar in improving animal immune response to LaSota live vaccine, while the optimistic level was 2 mg ·kg^-1. Further more, the effect of SNH on improving the titer value of antibody was later than T lymphocyte response.
