东北虎染色体核型分析

摘　　要：采用外周血淋巴细胞培养及常规染色体标本制作技术,观察和研究东北虎(Panthera tigris altaica)的染色体核型。结果表明:东北虎的二倍体染色体数目为2n=38,其中18对常染色体,1对性染色体。根据染色体相对长度、着丝粒位置及有无随体,可将常染色体分为5组:A组,2、4、7、11、13,M;B组,1、5、8、9、10、12、16、17,SM;C组,3、6,ST;D组,14、15,T;E组,18,M,有随体;X、Y性染色体皆为中着丝粒染色体。东北虎还存在3.3%的四倍体。The chromosomal karyotype of Panthera tigris altaica was studied by using culture of peripheral blood lymphocyte culture method and common chromosome specimen preparative technique. The results showed that the number of the diploid chromosomes in P. tigris was 2n = 38. There were 18 pairs of autosomes and 1 pair of heterosomes. According to the opposite length, the centromere position and trabant, we divided the autosomes into five groups： Group A, 2,4,7, 11,13, M; Group B, 1,5,8,9,10,12,16,17, SM; Group C, 3,6, ST; Group D, 14,15, T; Group E, 18, M, trabant. The heterosomes （X,Y） were the metacentric chromosomes. The tetraploid with the occurrence rate 3.3%was observed in P. tigris.
