知母多糖的体外抗氧化作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨知母多糖的体外抗氧化作用。方法采用红细胞自氧化溶血、H2O2所致红细胞氧化溶血,用比色法测定。结果知母能够明显的在体外抑制人血红细胞自氧化和H2O2所致红细胞氧化溶血作用。结论知母多糖具有体外抗氧化作用,对红细胞具有保护作用。Objective To study the effect of antioxidative activities of anemaran in vitro. Methods The hemolysis of red blood cells by itself and H2 O2 induced hemolysis were used to evaluate anemaran antioxidation capability. Results Anemaran exhibited a significant potency in inhibiting the hemolysis of red blood cells by itself and H2 O2 induced hemolysis （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The result indicated that anemaran has a protective for the membranes of erythrocytes and possessed an antioxidant activity.
