摘  要:目的:观察复脾汤对STZ大鼠血糖、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化脂质(LPO)等指标的影响。方法:采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射制备糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为5组,以美吡达为阳性对照,与预防给药组(预防组)和正常给药组(复脾组)进行对比研究。结果:各组血糖的变化率相比,模型组与正常组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),各用药组与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),复脾组与预防组的血糖变化率与西药组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。第4周末SOD、LPO水平比较,预防组和复脾组与模型组、美吡达组相比均有差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:复脾汤能够降低血糖、过氧化脂质水平,升高超氧化物歧化酶水平,预防组较复脾组疗效更显著。Objective: to observe the effect of Fu-spleen decoction on the SOD and LPO of STZ rats, Method: the diabetes model was induced by STZ peritoneal injection and the rats were divided five groups. The mindiab was the positive control. Results: there was significant difference between model and control in blood sugar change(P 〈 0.01 )and significant difference between model and Medication groups(P〈 0.01 )and significant difference between Fu-spleen decoction and prophylaxis groups and western medicine group(P 〈0.01 ). SOD and LPO had the significant difference between Fu-spleen decoction and prophylaxis groups and model and mindiab groups(P 〈 0.05, P〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: the Fu-spleen decoction has the function to degrade the blood sugar and LPO level.
