肾衰方治疗慢性肾衰的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟肾衰方作为活血化瘀、益气清热、养阴利尿等作用的复方对慢性肾衰的临床治疗效果。方法:将60例慢性肾衰患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予自拟肾衰方,每日1剂,水煎2次,上、下午分服,对照组则给予脉络宁注射液20ml,加入5%葡萄糖200ml中静滴,每日1次。两组均14d为1疗程,共2疗程。结果:经2疗程治疗后,治疗组显效率30.00%,好转率46.67%,有效率76.67%,对照组显效率13.33%,好转率36.67%,有效率50.00%,两组疗效差异有显著性。结论:自拟肾衰方对慢性肾衰具有良好的治疗效果。Objective： to observe the effect of the prescription for renal failure on treating chronic renal failure. Method： 60 cases patients suffer chronic renal failure were divided treatment and control. The treatment was treating with the prescription for renal failure and the control was treating with mailuoning injection. Two weeks was a course of treatment and the treatment was two courses. Results： excellence rate is 30%, improvement rate is 46.67% and effective power is 76, 67% in the treatment. Excellence rate is 13,33%, improvement rate is 36.67% and effective power is 50% in the control. Conclusion： the prescription for renal failure has the better function to chronic renal failure,
