摘　　要：目的:综述针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的研究进展。方法:将近十年相关文献分为毫针、灸法、电针、水针、针刀、综合疗法等不同方法进行分析。结果:针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,无毒副作用,操作简单,费用低。结论:其疗效肯定,但在针灸治疗方面、疗效评定标准等方面存在一些亟待解决的问题。Objective： the article overviewed the advancement of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy treated with acupuncture, Method： the pertinent literature was divided acupuncture needle, rnoxibustion, electric acupuncture, fluid acupuncture, needle knife and combined therapy on the basis of decade. Results： acupuncture therapy had notable curative effect, no side effect, simple manipulation and low cost. Conclusion： acupuncture therapy had positive effect but had some problem needed to solve in evaluation standard of curative effect.
