摘　　要：商业银行的不良资产处置一直都是一个世界性的难题,各个国家根据本国的现状和国情特点,相应采取了适合自己的方法和模式。但是,作为现代金融风险监管的一个重点和难题,不良资产的处置手段也具有很多共性之处值得各国相互借鉴。国外一些国家在处置商业银行不良资产问题上所采取的模式和措施,有各国的国情特点和处置模式的优缺点,这些国际模式对我国商业银行不良资产的处置有一定的启示。The disposition of non - performing assets in commercial banks is always an international problem. Each country takes sorts of measures and modes according to its current situation and national condition. However, as a focus and difficulty in modem financial risk regulatory, the disposition methods of non - performing assets have many common traits to learn mutually. On the basis of analyzing the disposition of non - performing assets in foreign commercial banks, the paper compares the merits and demerits of the national characters and disposal modes of some countries. Finally, it raises the inspiration that our commercial banks can acquire from the international modes.
