摘 要:为满足离心氧氮分离机高转速的技术要求,开发研究磁浮轴承应用技术.介绍了磁浮轴承的特点、分类和选型;阐述了磁浮轴承设计的基本思路和关键性技术措施.提出了在转匣式动静子反旋高速氧氮离心分离机上选用磁浮转筒式轴承的设计方案.将磁浮轴承应用于转匣式动静子反旋高速氧氮离心分离机后,将为提高氧氮分离的浓度和产量,提高氧氮离心分离机的性能和整机功能提供技术支撑.To meet the requirement of centrifugal separator of nitrogen and oxygen, magnetic bearing application technology was developed. The characteristic, classification and selection of magnetic bearing were introduced; the basic thought and key technology in magnetic bearing design were stated. The plan of using magnetic bearing in rotating box high speed centrifugal separator of nitrogen and oxygen was proposed. The application of magnetic bearing in rotating box high speed centrifugal separator of nitrogen and oxygen would provide technical support for increasing the concentration and production of oxygen and nitrogen, improving the performance of centrifugal separator and the function of complete machine.
