摘　　要：社区矫正是一种以公安机关为执法主体、司法行政部门(司法所)为工作主体的刑事执法活动。根据宪法和相关法律规定,人民检察院对刑罚执行活动享有检察监督权。因此,人民检察院可以通过检察建议、纠正违法通知书和职务犯罪的立案侦察权等来实现对社区矫正的检察监督。Community correction is a law enforcing activity in which public security organs enforce the law and judicial administrative departments perform daily work. According to the Constitution and correlated laws, the People＇s Procuratorate has the right to supervise law enforcing activities. Therefore, the People＇s Procuratorate can carry out the prosecutorial supervision on community correction by means of prosecutorial suggestion, notice of correcting illegality and the right of case registration and investigation into duty-related crimes.
