鼻腔外侧壁筛窦切除术治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期鼻腔筛窦癌

摘　　要：目的探讨早期鼻腔筛窦癌的治疗方法及其效果。方法回顾性分析我院1995年1月至2001年10月应用鼻腔外侧壁筛窦切除术治疗7例Ⅰ期、18例Ⅱ期鼻腔筛窦癌的效果。结果术后随访3-5年,失访2例,局部复发6例,3年生存率70.8%（17/24）,5年生存率50.0%（8/16）,无严重并发症发生。结论鼻腔外侧壁筛窦切除术治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期鼻腔筛窦癌疗效确切,并发症少。Objective To explore the treatment methods and long-term effect for early carcinomas of the nasal cavity and the ethmoid sinus.Methods 25 cases of Ⅰ or Ⅱ stage carcinoma received medical maxillectomy and ethmoidectomy from 1995 to 2001.Results Followed up for 3 to 5 years,the 3-year survival rate was 70.8%（17/24）,5-year survival rate was 50.0%（8/16）.2 cases failed to be followed up.6 cases had local relapse,but no severe complications occurred.Conclusions Maxillectomy and ethmoidectomy are effective for Ⅰ or Ⅱ stage carcinoma of the nasal cavity and the ethmoid sinus.
