社区健康教育在骨质疏松症患者中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨社区健康教育对骨质疏松症患者不良生活方式、骨密度及预后的影响。方法筛选在我院就诊或体检中被诊断为骨质疏松症患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。观察组定时随访，并从饮食、运动等生活方式及用药方面进行干预，对照组仅在被诊断为骨质疏松症时面对面进行1次健康教育，1年后进行随访及评价。结果观察组改变不良的生活方式、提高骨密度及预防骨质疏松症性骨折方面较对照组明显改善（P〈0．05）。结论社区健康教育对改善骨质疏松症患者的骨密度值，减少骨质疏松症性骨折，减轻经济负担，提高生活质量起到非常重要的作用。Objective To study the influence on unhealthy lifestyle, bone mineral density and prognosis of patients with aged osteoporosis of patient with osteoporosis by community health education. Methods Selected 60 patients from hospitals or examination center. Divided them into two groups of 30 patients each at random. The experimental group were recalled ontime and intervened by diet, sports, drugs. The control group were gave a healthy education face - to - face only one time when they were diagnosed. All patients were evaluated after one year. Results The experimental group who were gave the community health education had improved markedly to the control group in unhealthy lifestyle, bone mineral density , bone fracture. Conclusion community health education play a big part to the osteoporosis increasing the bone mineral density, deceasing bone fracture, lightening financial burdens, improving life quantity.
