摘　　要：目的探讨蚕蛹中毒的常见原因及特点。方法对我院收治的82例急性蚕蛹中毒患者进行回顾性分析。结果82例患者全部治愈,无1例死亡,成功率100%,无并发症发生。结论蚕蛹内含有某种毒蛋白,开展针对性的宣传教育和采取有效防范措施是防止急性蚕蛹中毒的重要手段。Objective To exploe the causes and characteristics of silkworm poisoning. Methods Retrospective analyses were made of the 82 cases of acute silkworm poisoning treated in this hospital. Results All cases revovered without any complications. Conclusion Some poisonous protein may exist in silkworm. Public education about this and effective preventive measures are the keys to the prevention of acute silkworm poisoning.
