广东某高校50岁以上教职工血脂血糖水平分析

摘　　要：目的评估50岁以上教职工的血脂、血糖水平,做好相关疾病的防治工作。方法对广东某高校446名50岁以上教职工进行血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖检测,并对检测结果进行分析。结果50岁以上教职工TC异常检出率为66.36%,TG异常检出率为40.13%,空腹血糖异常检出率为31.84%。女性血脂水平、空腹血糖水平有随年龄增长而逐渐升高趋势。结论50岁以上教职工的血脂、血糖异常检出率较高,高校应重视高血脂、高血糖的防治。Objective To evaluate the level of blood fat and blood glucose of university staff over 50 years old and to conduct a health education on disease prevention. Method Conducting a test on TC, TG and G of 446 university staff over 50 years old and analyzing the results of the test. Results The percentage of TC abnormality in the staff of over 50 years old is 66. 36%, the number of TG abnormality and glucose blood respectively make up 40. 13% and 31.84 %. The level of blood fat and blood glucose of women has an upward tendency with the age. Conclusion The percentage of abnormality in blood fat and blood glucose is high among all staffs over 50 years old. So university should pay attention to the prevention and cure of high blood fat and blood glucose.
