摘　　要：髋、膝关节围手术期患者的护理工作很容易出现护理风险。本文通过对我科613例髋、膝关节疾病患者护理工作的总结分析,认为产生风险的主要影响因素来源于病人和护理人员两方面。对护理风险进行正确的评估和预防,提高护理人员的素质是减少护理风险的重要对策。增强护理人员的法律意识及责任心,重视专业知识学习和技术训练,是提高护理整体水平的关键。The nursing care of the patients with coxogenuthrosis is easily taking the extant and potential risks in peroperative period. After analyse the work summery of nursing 613 patients with coxogenuthrosis in our department, this artical shows the primary affected factors of the risk are from patients and nurses. It is the important countermeasure to lessen the nursing risks that to estimate and prevent the risks correctly, to progress the personnel quality of the nurses. It is the key to make the whole group progress that to enhanced awareness of the law and responsibility and pay attention to professional knowledge and technical training.
