摘　　要：胰岛素是治疗糖尿病的一种常用药物,用于2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者早期治疗可改善胰岛β细胞功能;提高糖尿病褥疮治愈率并缩短治愈时间;改善代谢失调、炎性应答及出凝血状态,降低C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平;极化液(GIK)能改善心肌供血;非注射用胰岛素使糖尿病人的生活质量有质的突破。但其潜在不良影响还需进一步研究。Insulin is a common drug for diabetes treatment. It can Improve Insulin β-cell function in the early Treatment of type 2 diabetes patients; Enhance diabetes bedsore cure rate and shorten the healing time; improve decompensation, inflammatory response and state of bleeding and clotting, lower C-reactive protein （CRP） level; polarization liquid （GIK） can improve myocardial blood; Non-injected Forms of Insulin improve the quality of life of diabetic notably. Further studies need to be carried out on the potential blight.
