摘　　要：介绍了罗家寨天然气净化厂硫磺回收装置检修除硫和开产床层预热工艺,分析了应用过程中存在的问题,并对现有的除硫和床层预热工艺方法进行了改进,改进后有利于保持催化剂的活性,有利于降低生产成本、减少污染,以及作业安全和工人健康。This paper first presents two techniques for sulfur recovery unit in Luojiazhai Natural Gas Purifying Plant, including the desulphurization during unit maintenance and the jig bed preheating; and then analyzes some problems occurred in their application; at last, improves the existing desulphurization and jig bed preheating. The improved techniques are conducive to keeping the catalyst activity, reducing the operation cost and environmental pollution, maintaining the safe operation and protecting the staff health.
