摘  要:长庆气田第三天然气净化厂主要负责向西安供气,主体装置采用UCARSOL HS-101专利配方溶液脱除原料气中的硫化氢和二氧化碳,装置自2003年建成投产后脱硫塔拦液情况频繁发生,导致脱硫装置处理能力严重下降,严重影响了装置的安全、平稳运行。通过现场分析和室内试验表明,脱硫溶液过高的酸气负荷是造成脱硫液发泡严重的主要因素。结合现场实际情况,提出了通过加入MDEA溶液和降低进塔层数来降低脱硫装置酸气负荷处理措施,有效的缓解了装置的拦液问题。changqing natural gas field third natural gas purification factory primary cognizance to the Xi'an air feed, The main body installment uses ,UCARSOL in the HS-101 patent formula solution removing feed gas the hydrogen sulfide and the carbon dioxide,The installment completed the production since 2003 the desulfurizer to block the fluid situation frequent occurrence, Causes the desulphurization equipment handling ability serious drop, Has affected the installment security, the steady movement seriously.
