一种背投电视会聚自动调整方法的研究

摘　　要：会聚误差调整是背投电视生产过程中的一个重要环节,传统的人工调整方式效率低下,而现有的自动调整系统效果不甚理想,因此设计了一套新的调整系统。在图像处理和会聚调整算法上进行了改进,采用中值滤波、二值化处理和哈夫变换等技术对CCD摄像机采集到的图像进行处理,并结合曲线拟合获得控制点的调整量对会聚电路进行补偿。实验表明,该方法与传统方式相比在调整精度、速度和产品一致性等方面优势明显,较之其他自动系统调整效果也有所改善。Convergence adjusting is a very important part of the projection television producing process. The conventional adjusting method with manual operation is ineffective,aM the result of existing automatic convergence adjusting system is not satisfying. So this paper we presented a new adjusting system. In this system,we used the techniques such as median filtering,binary-conversion, Hough transform and so on to process the image captured by CCD camera,aM got all the adjusting value by curve fitting at the precondition of the special dots. After sending these values to the adjusting circuit,the distortion was adjusted correctly. The experimental result demonstrates that this system is feasible and better than conventional meth- od in precision,speed,consistency and so on. And it is quite better than other automatic systems.
