摘 要:利用封闭Λ型三能级无粒子数反转激光(LWI)系统密度矩阵运动方程的数值解,研究了存在Doppler展宽的情况下光场的传播对LWI增益、探测场和驱动场Rabi频率产生的影响以及有自发辐射诱导相干(SGC)对这个影响的调制作用。研究表明,随着传播距离的增加,LWI增益先增大后减小,探测场(驱动场)Rabi频率单调增大(减小);在一特定传播距离处,LWI增益随介质入口处驱动场Rabi频率的增加先增大后减小,随Doppler展宽值的增加单调减小;而SGC对光场传播的影响有显著的调制作用,有SGC时可获得比无SGC时大得多的LWI增益。By using the numerical calculation results of the density matrix equations of motion of a closed A-type inversionless lasing system, the effects of the propagation of light fields on the gain of lasing without inversion(LWI), Rabi frequencies of the probe and driving fields,and the modulation role of spontaneously generated coherenee(SGC) on the effects were investigated when the Doppler broadening presents. It was shown that, with the distance increasing, LWI gain first increases and then decreases,Rabi frequency of the probe field (the driving field) increases monotonously (decreases)lat a specific propagation distance,LWI gain first increases and then decreases with increasing of the Rabi frequency of the driving field at the entrance of the medium,and LWI gain decreases monotonously with increasing of the Doppler broadening width;SGC has a remarkable manipulation role on the effect of propagation of the light fields,the LWI gain with SGC is much larger than that without SGC.
