摘  要:硝酸分解磷矿,过滤分离酸解液与Ca(NO3)2.4H2O结晶(CN),要求CN中w(P2O5)<0.5%,以利CN下一步转化反应顺利进行和提高磷利用率。讨论CN中P2O5含量高的原因及相应解决措施,取得使CN中w(P2O5平均)从0.50%下降为0.47%的效果,磷利用率提高,年创经济效益38万元。The reaction of nitric acid decomposing phosphate rock demands that w(P2O5)of Ca (NO3)2- 4H2O crystal (CN ) is less than 0.5% in acidolysis solution separation, which can contribute to further conversion reaction and improve phosphorus utilization. The reasons that cause w ( P2O5 ) high in CN and relevant measures are discussed for solving the problem. The effect that w(P2O5) drops to 0.47% from 0.50% has been achieved, and annual economic benefit of 0.38 million RMB Yuan can be obtained from improvement of phosphorus utilization rate.
